RECIPE PREPARATION Sandwich with egg salad:

Stick sandwiches are very practical especially because the next day they are just as good, my children are absolutely delighted with them so I prepare them quite often but with different fillings. Because we are talking about hot sandwiches, you must not miss the flowing cheese in them, that is, you know mozzarella, cottage cheese, cheese, gouda, masdam, you can also use bellows cheese if you like. The rest are vegetables, and here there are many variants but in general the most commonly used are tomatoes, peppers, onions, cucumbers, radishes. And let's not forget the greens, arugula goes very well, crispy salad, cabbage, valerian, herbs like thyme, basil, oregano. Of course you can also put corn, beans, chickpeas, olives & # 8230important is to find the winning combination. And meat, let's not forget the meat here you can use pieces of steak, ham, spicy dried salami or not, pastrami (I just posted the recipe), tuna, smoked fish.

I chose to prepare them in two options: fried in oil and sandwich maker. Of course, the fried ones seemed tastier to me, but if you want to pack them for the next day or make larger quantities, I recommend the sandwich maker. And for extra health of course :)
Hot sandwiches with glue
- 3-4 glues (24cm diameter) & # 8211 2 pieces come out of one glue
- 1 egg (fry only)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion or 2-3 green onions
- 50g arugula
- 150g shallow mozzarella
- 300g chicken pastrami (recipe here) or ham
On a sheet of glue we put 2 tablespoons of grated cheese, peppers and pastrami cut into pieces, sliced tomatoes (only 2-3), sliced onion, arugula and 1 tablespoon of beaten egg with a little salt. Fold like an envelope so that the filling is not visible and face it down in a little oil with a lid for 2 minutes on one side, then turn them slightly and fry them for another 2 minutes on the other side.
My advice is to prepare them all and then fry them all at once. We take them out on an absorbent napkin and cut them diagonally.

In the sandwich maker version, they are made exactly the same, except that they are not fried in oil.

1. Baked sandwich with bacon and guacamole
It is very easy to make and has a fabulous taste. You need two slices of bacon, two slices of black bread, a tablespoon of butter at room temperature, cheddar cheese, two tablespoons of guacamole sauce and a tablespoon of chopped tortilla chips. Fry the bacon in the pan until crispy and then place on a plate with a napkin. Add the butter, on each slice of bread, followed by guacamole, bacon, tortilla chips, cheese and the other slice with the buttered side up. Add to the oven on the grill and leave for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is browned.
2. Tuna sandwich
You need two small baguettes with sesame, a large can of tuna in oil, 125 g green beans (already boiled in a jar), 30 g pitted black olives, two tomatoes, a red onion and 4 tablespoons simple salad dressing. We cut the baguettes lengthwise and remove the core. The beans are cut in half, in case it is too long, and mix together with the olives, peeled tomatoes and chopped cubes, chopped onion, drained tuna and the 4 tablespoons dressing. The mixture is put in baguettes and left to cool a little.

3. Cheese sandwich with mold and cranberry jelly
For the mornings when you feel the need to energize, try this wonderful sandwich. You need two slices of white bread, butter at room temperature, 50 g of moldy cheese, a sliced green onion and two tablespoons of cranberry jelly. Grease the two slices of bread with plenty of melted butter. Add the cheese with crushed mold, green onions and the two tablespoons of jelly and the other slice of bread, with the greased side on the outside. 4. Sandwich with cheese and caramelized apple

5. Sandwich with smoked salmon, sour cream and lemon
It is very easy to make and will definitely become one of your favorites. Two larger slices of wholemeal bread, smoked salmon, butter, lemon, sour cream, salt and pepper are needed. Spread the butter well on the slices of bread. Mix a tablespoon of sour cream with a few drops of lemon juice and add salt and pepper to taste. Put a layer of salmon between the slices, spread the cream, then another layer of salmon.

7. Monte Cristo Sandwich
A very popular sandwich that is said to have been served for the first time in Southern California, then began to be popularized in the most famous American restaurants. Today I will present you a favorite variant of mine. You need two slices of toast, two slices of chicken or turkey, a tablespoon of mustard, an egg and two slices of cheese. Grease the bread with mustard then add the slices of ham and cheese. The sandwich is given through the beaten egg and fried in the pan in which I previously melted a little butter. It is served, preferably, hot and you can optionally pour a little maple syrup on top.
8. Barbecue sandwich with chicken and salad
You need a thinner piece of chicken breast, barbecue sauce, a bun, a few slices of pickled cucumber and two tablespoons of coleslaw salad (bought or made). Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and fry in a pan in the barbecue sauce until well browned. Leave it to cool a bit, then put it in the bun, and add the coleslaw salad and the cucumber slices over it.

9. Crispy ham and cheese sandwich
Ingredients: butter at room temperature, two slices of toast, 30 g cheese, two slices of ham. The butter is spread on one side of each slice of bread, and the cheese is grated on the surface with large holes in the grater. Place the ham on one of the slices of bread, sprinkle the grated cheese, and on top put the other slice of bread with the buttered side down. Place the sandwich on a baking sheet in the oven and leave for about 15 minutes. Be sure to turn it to one side and the other.
10. Spicy Sandwich Club with chicken
You need 2 small pieces of chicken breast, a teaspoon of paprika, a hot sauce, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 4 slices of fried and crispy bacon, 2 tablespoons of cheese with mold (chopped), a quarter of chopped red onion slices, 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 lettuce leaves and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Season the chicken with the paprika, salt and pepper and fry in a pan with a little oil for 3-5 minutes on each side. The hot sauce is mixed with the melted butter and soak each piece of chicken in it. Put the ingredients in the baguette in the preferred order.
This sandwich is very, very VERY easy to make. The only secret is that the tone is of very good quality. There is a cheaper canned tuna, but it has no taste. Oh, and it's important to have your own juice. Not in oil or mixed with I know what miracles.
- 1 can of tuna & icircn own juice
- 1 red
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 pickles
- 1 or
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- the juice of half a lemon & acircie
- 4 slices of p & acircine (I used graham)
Mai & icircnt & acirci I made a very simple mayonnaise, according to a method I saw at Viorel Copolovici. In an bowl, I put an egg (raw), a teaspoon of mustard, a little salt and the 2 tablespoons of oil.
I then mixed them with the blender.
I drained the tuna of the canned juice and over it I put 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, I added some pepper and the lemon juice, after which I mixed well, until it became uniform.
Then I greased 4 slices of graham with mayonnaise, in a very thin layer.
On 2 of them I put lettuce and slices of tomato.
On top of them I have pickled cucumbers, cut into thin chips.
I then put the tuna mixture with mayonnaise.
Then I put the slices on the lid, pressed a little and cut them in half.
Sandwich with tuna, egg and potatoes for service
This sandwich contains a potato salad, similar to oriental salad, tuna, boiled eggs and a harissa sauce.
It can be associated with a lettuce, a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers or pickles.
350 gr potatoes
2 pickled cucumbers
5 tablespoons oil (olive or sunflower)
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 can of tuna (in its own oil or juice)
3 parsley threads
2-3 teaspoons harissa (or Hungarian hot pepper paste)
buns, wand (or mini wands)
Boil the potatoes in their skins until the fork enters them.
Then peel and cut into cubes.
Add the finely chopped onion and diced cucumbers.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the oil with the lemon juice until it becomes an emulsion.
Add 1 teaspoon of hot pepper paste (or harissa) and mix well.
Pour this dressing over the potato salad.
Boil eggs hard in the shell.
Clean and cut the slices.
Drain the tuna and add the finely chopped parsley.
If necessary, add salt.
The rest of the hot pepper paste is mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of water to become slightly soft, like a sauce.
Cut the bun and dig out the core.
Fill with potato salad over which add tuna pieces and then egg slices.
Sprinkle with hot pepper sauce to taste.

Recipe for pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw salad and fried egg. What does pulled pork mean and how? How long and at what temperature is pulled pork baked? Pork eaten with a fork. Bun sandwich stuffed with pulled pork, coleslaw salad, barbecue sauce (BBQ) and fried egg (eyes).
What to be pulled pork sandwich? As you can see in the picture above (I think you're already salivating) it's some buns stuffed with some rags of meat. You can also see: some reddish sauce, a pile of salad with creamy dressing and a fried egg. We take them one at a time, be careful!
The recipe for pulled pork sandwich comes from overseas, just from the United States. Yes, and Americanisms. Some are really nice and have been on Romanian menus for some time: burgers or hot dogs for example. The concept of fast food has caught on well worldwide even though many of the dishes that are part of this range are unhealthy if consumed long-term and almost exclusively. No one dies if they eat burgers 2-3 times a month and especially if they are homemade. Until another one, a burger is composed of bread, roast meat, greens (salad, tomatoes) and some sauce. Nothing dangerous especially if these components are prepared at home.
Same with this pulled pork sandwich. It would fit into fast food just because it assembles and serves quickly. But the preparation part is something else & # 8230 is slow cooking. Marinating the meat takes about 3 days. This fine meat becomes ragged after about 5 hours of cooking over low heat. A delight! Pulled Pork translates as "pulled pig, which can be pulled".
Basically we are talking about a roast pork that is baked for a long time and is spiced with fragrant stuff, more or less spicy. In the end, it ends up being dismantled with a fork, without the need for the help of a knife. May I tell you what taste and aroma it has? And that it melts in your mouth?
This ragged and sticky meat can be eaten as such together with salads and potato garnishes or it can be mounted in buns, tortillas, tacos, sticks, etc. I chose to fill some buns with it and add other components: cabbage salad, BBQ sauce, TABASCO ® sauces, fried eggs, etc.
I used this recipe all 3 sauces from the TABASCO ® range : red pepper sauce, green pepper sauce (less hot) and Chipotle Smoked natural smoked red pepper sauce. Something dream came out!
I give you the quantities for 2 kg of raw meat that will decrease a lot when baked. In the end you are left with 60% of it. It is worth making larger quantities of pulled pork because it lasts a few days in the fridge (or a few months in the freezer) and can be easily reheated.
